Kicking off the journey, students visited Boho’s head office in Ho Chi Minh City, exploring the workplace, showroom, and facility areas. They were introduced to the manufacturing plant, as well as the company’s products and projects that Boho has designed, produced, constructed, and delivered into real-life use.
Afterward, the students traveled to Boho’s manufacturing plant in Long An. Here, they toured the factory and gained an overview of the companies within Boho’s “ecosystem” as well as the various projects the company has carried out. Exploring the closed-loop production line and the factory showroom provided students with valuable practical insights, helping them better understand each step of the manufacturing process, product finishing, and the application of interior products in functional spaces, with the goal of achieving both functional efficiency and aesthetic quality. From the knowledge shared by the company representatives, students were also able to raise many questions for the experts—ranging from interior product processing techniques, handling technical structures, to selecting and combining materials to achieve the highest product quality. Beyond professional knowledge in design and production, students also had the opportunity to visit the staff facilities, such as the cafeteria and dormitories, and even enjoy a lunch at the canteen—an experience that was both comfortable and exciting.
At the end of the visit, the students gained additional knowledge and practical experience related to interior design, particularly regarding the production and processing workflow of furniture products—directly supporting their current work on Project 4B.
