RECAP OF THE BUSINESS SEMINAR

🎯Topic: Trends in Eco-Friendly Packaging and RFID Technology

As part of the student–enterprise engagement activities, the Faculty of Printing and Communication – HCMUTE, in collaboration with Avery Dennison, organized a seminar featuring Mr. Ngô Quốc Bảo – Sales Director of Avery Dennison, one of the world’s leading corporations in smart labeling and packaging solutions.

Highlights of the Program:

• Introduction to sustainable packaging trends, utilizing recycled and eco-friendly materials – one of the key requirements in major export markets such as Europe, the U.S., and Japan.

• Presentation on RFID and NFC technology solutions that enhance supply chain management efficiency and improve transparency in product traceability.

• Sharing real-world business cases and updates on advanced technologies currently applied at Avery Dennison as well as by global partners.

• Providing opportunities for students to interact, ask questions, and gain deeper insights into workforce demands and essential skills in the modern packaging industry.

👏Effectiveness 

The seminar attracted nearly 100 students from the Printing Engineering Technology and Graphic Design programs, particularly third- and fourth-year students with career aspirations in packaging and smart manufacturing.

Participants also earned credits for the Business Seminar module while gaining practical knowledge and professional skills essential in the era of green transition and digitalization.
